is there any chance to take injunction order against our privatelimited...actually some some persosns using their proprietership trade mark under his private limited name,but main applied name owner is left away but still now they used the proprietership nmae nder his private limited and also send some legal notices against me,our trade name and private limited name both are same,their trade name si proprietership name and private limited nme is entirely different than tarde nme..they suit ginst me s copyright act,but i m clen hnds,they ern money lot of,i m very poor, but i trust true..in these circumstences wht can i do..plz sol;ve this problem sir,here i did get good reputition name change is not possible now
