How to get your name out of Civil

My name was put in the default list though it was not my mistake, I rectified the problem from the concerned bank. Now will my name be taken out of the civil, if no please tell me how can I get my name out of it.

if you have paid the dues ask the bank to remove the name from the list. they will do so.
