Legal Question in Business Law in India
my client (contractor) work is already terminated by the principal employer. Now our final bill is going to be finalized. But in the mean while they demand an indemnity bond from my client. Can my client execute this bond or not ?

Yes, if the original terms and conditions of the contract require the client to provide an indemnity bond.
