one of our clients who runs an construction firm has bounced their cheque twice .wherin we had given them a credit period of 15 days after the supply of our material .we been in constant touch with the employes over telephone all we get is fake dates ignored calls .

Dear Sir / Madam,
You may lodge a recovery suit against the client for cheque bouncing under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.
