Legal Question in Business Law in India

I have taken contract in just dial for lead and paid 17206 for 90 days now due to there internal sales executive fight to upsale the contract these people have freeze contract after meeting the management team they are telling we are discussing we have invoice and cheque detail its 9 days over after paying can I file a case as its public limited and honedtly I don't have money to pay office rent where will I pay my lawyers if I hire please suggest regards Alice

Dear Sir / Madam,

You should request the Company in writing to refund back your money within 10 days, else face Police action. You may also mail a copy of your letter to the "brand ambassador" Amitabh Bachchanji for his information and necessary action.
