Legal Question in Business Law in India
contract with mutual consent was made between two parties .then one party cancelled that contract and made a new contract.now the party which made the new contract says that you can sue me for recovery of money not for dishonor of cheque under section 138.please tell me a case law related to this matter

Dear Sir / Madam.
You can still sue the opposite party for dishonour of cheque under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.
