Copright - Can linking to Google get me sued?
On my website I linked to a page of Google image search results on which are some photos by a certain photographer. This photographer emailed me and said if I do not remove the link to his photos on Google's image search engine (not to his own website) that he will sue me. Does he have a leg to stand on?

Instead of linking, why not just list the link, and let your page's visitors take affirmative steps to visit the linked page.
