Legal Question in Business Law in India
My Cousin Has a Rented Shop from Past 25 Years where in is carrying out a business for General Store & Has a Shop Act License for the same. Now he wants to change the Shop into a Coaching Classes. Can he do so under the Shop Acts Provisions since the shop us given on rent for carrying business & If Yes what will be procedure for the same.

Yes, your cousin can change his line of business since both are recognized under the Shops and Establishments Act.
