My dear attorneys,
Can an NRI invest in an Indian private limited company on a non repatriation basis by way of cash. Request you provide reference to some literature for my further understanding.

Dear Rama,
No, a Non Resident Indian can only invest in an Indian private limited Company vide foreign currency remittances made from outside India through proper banking channels as per the prevailing Reserve Bank of India guidelines for investment..
