In continuance to the questions asked last day....
1.If the limitation period of three years is passed from the date of the expiry of the contract as well as the recovery of dues existing on the date of expiry of the contract.
And party invoke the arbitration....in case
a.Should we appear to the arbitrator for filing the objection or simply reply by registered post by objecting that the matter is beyond your jurisdiction b. Or is there any need to deposit the fee of the arbitrator and then file the objection?

it will be advisable to file your objections, reply and counter claim, if any to the claim whether by post or in person depending upon your convenience. But you engage an advocate who would prepare the reply/objections and your counter claim, if any and he may appear as well on your behalf.
