Legal Question in Business Law in India
Dear Sir,
I am working in company and they are willing to add me as working partner as they have to pay me almost 80k as pending salary.
1. According to Indian laws, what is actually a "working partner" of a company?
3. Is a working partner liable for the liabilities of the company?
2. When I become a working partner of a company, will I be able to go for another job?

Dear Sir / Madam,
There is nothing like a working partner in a Company. As a salaried employee, you should claim your dues from the Company.
Regards,
