Legal Question in Business Law in India
Dear Sir,
For a running contractor , submission of late invoice will be a criteria for rejecting a payment , belated for 10 months ( Reason for rejection is financial year has been closed.
No formal Contract and we have worked from 2013. Please provide any judgements or legal provisions related to justify the case.
