Legal Question in Business Law in India

Dear Sir,

I am preparing to file a Court Case against a Corporate

Private organisation where I ran a Canteen & has

been paid less amount of money, which violated their work order.

My claim amount is about 15 lacs.

May I know what would be the approximate cost

(stamp duty+layer fees) for that. The case to be done at

Bankura District Court, West Bengal, and later may go to

Kolkata High Court,West Bengal.

I will be highly thankful to you if you project approximate cost

to file & run the case.
