Legal Question in Business Law in India

Dear Sir/Madam,
i have started one company (sole proprietor) in 2011 june.my husband is a main person of the company he will take care of all things.
after that 2012 he appointed his elder brother as a marketing person (no appointment letter,but salary transfered from company account).days has gone after 2014.i was got government gob in AUG'14 different new location.we was shifted along with my husband & family to new location.
that time my husband every thing (company related) hand over ed to his brother.in 2014 end my husband came to know his brother is cheated & doing business with support of sum other company.that also we came to know one of our customer has told that he getting billing in name of different company not in my company.
AUG 14 before we shifting home my husband is given office has a sharing with sum other company.that company person & his brother now in same sitting in our office only.but monthly rental all things is to be share.
final my husband is asked his brother why you doing like this????and removed from his position in nov 2014.
jan 2015 what he is saying...he will complaint on us.we are not doing business genially & supplying duplicate goods to all the customer.
my husband has closed office in jan 2015.and given full office to that sharing person.finaly what happen is this two guys joined & calling us black mailing from 2015 FEB. there are saying that they have our company data like tally data & excel sheets etc.,mainly that person is black mailing with his brother support.now both are same working in same there company.
What is legal action we can take aginst on his borther & that person????
