Legal Question in Business Law in Saudi Arabia
Dear Sir/Madam,
On signing a contract the buyer claimed that only a lawyer from their country must be the one to sign on your behalf, is this true? how do I trust someone to sign a contract for me without know him? at least he should be from my own country.
Thank you.
