Legal Question in Business Law in India
Dear Sir/Madam,
Please suggest me, what are the legal challenges if i buy export surplus garments from whole sellers and sell them in retail textile shop Bangalore. please advice what precautions to take if i wanted to sell them, if i have a bill from seller is that fine to sell such items ? is it crime ? in many forums i can see different answers and opinions. kindly suggest me to avoid any legal disturbances. Once the goods are paid for, you are the queen. There are no legal challenges or hassles in the resale of such export surplus garments.
