Legal Question in Business Law in India
Dear Sir
we recently executed a reconstituted partnership deed but on INR 100 stamp paper now registrar is objecting to register the same. pls let us know what to do as i cant go back to the old partner for signature as they would again demand many things.

Dear Prakash,
You have not mentioned the reason(s) cited by the Registrar for objecting to register the Partnership Deed for me to be able to advise or guide you thereon. And moreover, you need to address the concern of co-ordination between the Partners per se on the signing issue, for the Partnership to succeed.
