Legal Question in Business Law in India
whether a director of a company in India can run a diff. company in overseas as a director. If so can he do trading between overseas and India companies.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Whether yes or no is dependent on the prevailing government laws and regulations of India and the country overseas, and the provisions of the Memorandum & Articles of Association and General Body mandate by virtue of resolutions of the Company in India and the provisions of the overseas Company.
