i dishonour cheque because recieved expired goods then to mr. X file suit on me wt should i do?

Dear Sir / Madam,
You should defend yourself in the Court with your reply in writing stating the fact of you having stopped payment of the cheque due to the supplier having supplied you date expired goods. Also represent yourself in person at the hearing of the matter in the Court.

you also file case against it for cheating in criminal court and go to consumer forum.
Defend the suit. File an FIR/ complaint against him in the nearest police station to his office u/s 420 IPC and if the police does not register FIR then File a complaint to the Area Magistrate u/s 200/ alongwith an application u/s 156(3) for registration of FIR u/s 420 IPC.
