Legal Question in Business Law in India
Hi i just want to take distibutorship of one company.but before sharing anything they want me sign an NDA on rs 20 stamp paper.my question is that whether i sign NDA and is it compylsory to take distributorship from them after signing NDA.

Dear Sir / Madam,
If you are convinced of the Company's distributorship and you have more or less decided to go ahead, there is no issue signing the Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA). There is no compulsion on you to take up the distributorship simply because you signed the NDA. It is just an assurance from you to the Company that you will not disclose the Agreement to any other person without the knowledge and consent of the Company.
