Distribution of imported goods contract

I have the opportunity to "Distribute" goods in all of Australia,[my home now]. I just need a contract statting that I have exclussive rights to do so. I think this is what I need. Maybe you can shed some light on my ignorance. These goods pertain to the "Bicycle" industry. They have not been introduced to the country yet. This is my job. They will give me exclusive rights to "Australia,New Zealand and the US. How do I get this in writting? Thank you for trying to help me. P.S How is Fresno been.? I grew up in Turlock.

Re: Distribution of imported goods contract

You need to have some intellectual property to be truly "exclusive" and able to enforce it. Are there any trade marks, copyright material or patents involved?
