Legal Question in Business Law in India
We are distributors of led lights in vadodara gujarat we didnt got any help from the company what they promised and we had stock of the company and also getting issue of replacement company is not giving any response to us we had resigned from our distributorship now is there any law to claim on company

Dear Sir / Madam,
If the Company is not adhering to terms and conditions as contained in the Distributorship Agreement, you can complain to the Registrar of Companies and serve a legal notice to the Company to settle amounts owed to you by the Company on termination of the Agreement.
