Legal Question in Business Law in India
D/Sir,
I along with 4 other friends are contacting 10 to 15 different schools in our area. And we wish to publish a monthly paper taking the contents of the respective schools' students. It will be a combined magazine of all the schools, and only those school students will pay for it and buy it. It will not be sold anywhere else. I just want to know what legal formalities we should satisfy before starting the work. It is not a business, nor we are publishers. We will just be designing, selecting contents, and pass onto the press, who will publish it and we'll deliver it to schools. THANKS.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Your activity is to encourage, promote and boost the morale of the students and does not need any permission except maintaining regular books of accounts of the Association of Persons (AOP) to record all the income and expenditure and the Balance Sheet of your entity.
