A is an employee of b company after leaving the services he agree with b and company that he shall not himself in any similar concern within a distance of 1000km of town city.is this restrained valid?

I am sorry for not in agreement with the opinion so expressed. Non Disclosure Agreements (NDA) are acceptable in India. This condition is an off shoot of such NDA. If it has been agreed it is enforceable.
