Legal Question in Business Law in Pakistan
I am a new employee in a company and there is a legal contract which needs to be signed one of the point in that states that as an employee i will be laible to pay back any commission earned by me from the company if the company has anything against you and that can be on minor things as well like coming late , offs or if they have a doubt that the employee is sharing there business with the competitor . Should it be signed is it legal to ask back for the commision earned from the frist day.

things that you have mentioned doest fall in the definition of commission , be careful if you sign this contract it will be binding on you. what it shows in the outset is pure exploitation of employee. anyway decision is yours.
