if an entity is being blacklisted, is it possible that a shareholder without getting any show cause notice individually be barred/ blacklisted automatically?

Dear Sir / Madam,
No. If an entity is being blacklisted, the Board and the Management of that entity will first be blacklisted, not the general shareholders.
