For example:
As 'X' was walking in a park, he found a mobile phone lying down.
it is said that legally he is suppose to find the owner of the purse and return it. but if suppose instead of returning he decides to keet the money to himself.
WHAT WILL BE THE CONSEQUENCES HE WILL BE FACING ?

Dear Sir / Madam,
"X" is in no way liable to find the owner of the mobile phone. At most, he can hand it over to the park keeper or the nearest Police station. If he keeps the mobile or the money, there are no consequences unless the owner traces X.
