Legal Question in Business Law in India
A finds a costly ring and after making reasonable efforts to discover the owner, sells it to B who buys the ring without knowlegde that A was merely a finder of the ring. Can the true owner recover the ring from B? State reasons.

Yes, the true owner can recover the ring from B since A never had the ownership or title of the ring.
