Legal Question in Business Law in India
A firm has furnished undertaking bond in Rs.80 non judicial stamp paper for EMD exemption to a government organisation. The firm is located at Chennai. They have submitted their offer at Chennai office.But in the bond they have mentioned as the undertaking is executed at Tuticorin on the same day. Please clarify if the undertaking is valid or invalid.
