Legal Question in Business Law in India
a US firm made a contract with my indian company , the contract is a simple plain contract without any seal and stamps on it exchanged via email and signed .
It does not have any mention about penalties.
But client is saying that he wants refund of upfront and plus charges ie : 6000 USD
US client says he will put up charges and mis lead and mis communication on indian company .
I just wanted to know is it possible for US firm to lawfully force indian company for these 6000$.
and if thats the case what will be the process for indian company in this case
