Legal Question in Business Law in
some furniture was delivered by x to a on hire purchases basis so that he could become owner after the payment of the last instalment.a sold the furniture to b even before such payment .a failed to make the last payment .x wanted to recover the furniture from b.would he succeed?

third party interest has been created. It would relevant to know whether the third party purchasing the furniture was aware about the non payment of instalment ( chances are very less).
Suit for recovery of amount can filed along with the damages
