Legal Question in Business Law in India
I give ₹50000 to my friend in the last year with ₹1 interest.At that time I was taken promissory note. Now he is not intrest to pay principle amount also. So I would like to go judicial court. One main thing is, promissory note writer was died. Is it any problem?
