Legal Question in Business Law in India

Being a Government employee I want to take a license with the name of some one else who is not a family member so I can use it after retirement. I will work and paying all fee for this license. how it is possible to secure the ownership of license with my name ?

Which type of agreement is required in this case.

Dear Sir / Madam,

You earlier posted a query saying that the license is in another partner's name and you wanted to know how it could be transferred in your name. I advised you accordingly. Now you say you want to take the licence in someone else's name with the intention that you can commence your own business now itself, whilst you are in Government service. To put it simply, you can obtain ownership of a licence for a business in your name. Whether your Government jobs permits you to take up an alternative earning assignment or not is your call.
