Legal Question in Business Law in India
as I heard in Sec. 8 (old Sec. 25) company the law prohibit the payment of any dividend to its members but is the law allowing the payment of remuneration to its members? and is it possible to work all over India with single registration?

Dear Sir / Madam,
Payment of dividend is permissible to the shaeholders of the Company. If the Directors hold shares in the Company, they are entitled to receive the declared dividend. A unique registration number is issued for a Comp[any which is valid across the whole of India.
