hello..i have two cash cheques which were given by party now the position of bank account is nil no balance and this party escaped form their actual existance place....
what can i do for collecting information about party's location and give legaly advice plz...thank u

in fact u should file a criminal complaint under 489f and also file recovery suit of money under summary procedure. locating them without these two legal actions will bring no results. you can discuss the details if you wish at 0323 4638149.
