Legal Question in Business Law in India
Hello,
I am a NRI. I have incorporated a company in USA. Now, I want to open a support center in India which will have customer service agents to provide support to my customers. how should I go about doing this? I want my relative to be 50% partner.

you have to make partnership deed , follow of partnership act,and hiring ca ,cs, and legal advisor.

You should register a Partnership Deed with you and your relative as partners and commence the support center operations in India.

In order to be collaborate with ur relatives you need to enter into partnership deed , and enter into call center act and need to get ur firm registered .... for any help or query do reply back at [email protected]
