Legal Question in Business Law in India
Hello,
I have a setup where my plant manufactures some products, affix MRP label and send it to our Branches. From branches, it reaches our customers. Now In times of MRP change, As per the answer given above, i can affix a new MRP label on the packed stock in my plant. But how can i handle the stock available in my branches?

Dear Sir / Madam,
When your Company takes a conscious decision to revise the MRP of the product(s) across the board, the revised MRP tag on the stock of the product(s) available at the Company branches has to be affixed by the branch staff on the stock of product(s) available at the branch.
