hi,

can you please advice on the following:

1. we want to start our own ecommerce website for selling 6 products.

2. we circulate pamphlets with our website and get orders.

3. after we got an order, we make the customer have his product through www.ebay.in/www.amazon.in/www.snapdeal.com (is this ok, under security issues?)

what do you suggest about the matter i wrote and what do i need to know!!?.

Dear Laatan,

Your idea to start your own e-commerce website for selling 6 products by circulating pamphlets to get orders is very good. If you are going to make the customer have his product shipped to him / her through ebay, amazon or snapdeal, you should safeguard your business interests by having a legally documented tie-up arrangement with them binding them to timely ship consignments to all your customers. Geographical area allotment to amazon - Delivery to your customers in North America; snapdeal - Delivery to your customers in Africa & Middle East; and ebay - Delivery to your customers in Asia, Australia, New Zealand and rest of the World is advisable and highly recommended.
