Legal Question in Business Law in India
Hi,
I'm Srinivas, I have a contract with a company to perform certain work on monthly basis.
The contract is for 12 Months. Now I realize that I won't be able to do this work(as they have asked for the impossible. How do I exit this contract now?

You should adhere to the terms and conditions serving the Company with a notice for rescinding the contract, and opt out of it.
