Hi....my name is Dancun Kariuki...i am a Kenyan....
My question is....!
Let me give a brief leading to my question...
I am a Safaricom Kenya customer...have been one for almost 9 yrs now....i recently discovered my profile name has been changed though not sure for how long, I registered it with my own national ID, that I am 100% sure....
Is there any of my rights as a customer which have been violated by someone accessing my profile, which I am sure is one of their workers....?
