Dear Sir / Madam,

Since you take home tuitions, all you need is your individual PAN Card number since you may be liable to pay Income Tax if your income exceeds the minimum amount of Rs, 2,50,000/- (Rupees Two Lakh Fifty Thousand Only) per annum which is exempt from tax. Since the number of students exceed 20, you may be liable to obtain a Shops & Establishments licence for your business.

Regards.
