Legal Question in Business Law in India
We incorporated a LLP (limited liability partnership) but due to some unforeseen circumstances could not begin the operations. For the last two years we failed to file the statement of accounts and now have received notice for default under section 34, 35. what can be the way out in such situation?

You should either commence business operations, else dissolve the LLP firm.
