incorporation of companies in the bvi
I would like to find out what are the differences in the features of an IBC and a Limited Liability Company incorporated under the IBC [Cap 291] and the company's act [Cap 285]respectively in the british Virgin Islands.

I'm going to answer a question with a question: what do you intend to do with the company? I would be much happier to approach this from the ground up, rather than assume that the BVI would be an appropriate jurisdiction of charter.
