If you are an INDEPENDENT escort and you get caught for prostitution like sting. You also do not pay taxes and keep cash to self. Would this be a felony or misdamenor? And will you be charged with money laundering?

Prostitution is a state-law crime, but you haven't told us what state this happened in. Please re-post your question under the appropriate state. And please provide a bit more information -- in particular, why you believe the authorities would pursue tax and/or money-laundering charges along with the prostitution charge.
