Legal Question in Business Law in India

Hi am from India. We are doing designing work as a freelancer. One of our client made website from us & in freelancer.com website. We design & developed all & he released the total money there also. Then after 10 days he filled a reversal in his credit card & all the money which he released will be reverted to his account. Freelancer site taking no responsibility saying its for security reason they refunded the money. Now what we do? we were no where else now. Have lost our time , hard work & money. Please suggest

Dear Sir / Madam,

You should ask your client in writing the reasons for his actions, failing which you should ask the client to repay and settle your Invoice within 7 days otherwise you should lodge a Police complaint for cheating against your client. You should also report the matter to the Cyber Information Cell and the Consumer Forum for intervention and action to resolve the matter.
