Legal Question in Business Law in Brazil

Informing you to start a single member LLC (Limited Liability Company) in a service business in Delaware for our company Brazil Trade Business Group in Brazil.

Based in Brazil and before registered in Brazil with a CPNJ ( Brazilian tax code for companies )

Nationality: Dutch with full legal present in Brazil

We are brokers between our clients and suppliers, and are not involved with payments or contracts. Our commissions are paid by supplier or buyer.

Our business is International, and conducted outside the USA. There are situations to receive commissions from clients and suppliers in the USA which will be deposit in a bank account outside the USA if needed.

We do have a active City bank account in New York, and bank accounts in The Netherlands and Brazil.

Question: What could you advise in terms of the need to fill Federal tax return, or any other advise?
