Legal Question in Business Law in Philippines
does interest rates for penalties or non-payments have to indicated in contract of lease. OR the Lessor still have the right to charge interest even if it is not stipulated. Thanks

Interest should be expressly stipulated in writing otherwise you cannot charge it. But if the interest refers to indemnity it can be recovered from the time a case is filed in court.
