Legal Question in Business Law in India
My issue is that my U.S. Principal who was supplying material to my Indian buyer has recently shipped substandard goods to them. So losses have arisen to my buyer of more than USD 20000.
My Principal has stopped communications with me on this reason. My business has crashed.
Kindly let me know on the legal options available to me whether to sue my Principal.
Look forward to your reply.

Dear Sir / Madam,
As a commission agent, it is not you, but the Company who has been purchasing material from the US supplier that has to file a suit if in case it has lost monies due to substandard supplies.
