my name iz ameen bhawani from pakistan i was working in dubai i issue some checks to peoples but after i lost my job i was unable to make payments thats why i came back from dubai from 2 years, i had a uncomplete property in dubai which is now completed and i prerair POA to my uncle name he will get the keys, but the property is on my name is that the LAND Department will issue me a Tittle deed or he will block my property please reply asap REGARDS

Dear Mr. Ameen,

From the contents of your Mail it is seen mentioned that you had issued Cheques to people more than 2 years back, but whether it was to individuals or otherwise is not seen mentioned. Further whether the holders of your Cheque had initiated any Criminal and Civil cases against you is also not mentioned.

In our view unless anybody has got any Court Attachment or similar action initiated against the Property, maybe then the Property can be transferred into your name. Hope you are aware that the POA which you give to your Uncle would be required to be drafted in appropriate manner and got Attested by the concerned Authorities. Thereafter it would be required to be translated into the local language before submitting it to the Land Department.
