Legal Question in Business Law in Kenya
I did a job for a client and the only document that was signed was an invoice.when I request for the invoice to be paid she refuses to pay,due to the fact that I don't have the work because she is in possession of the work. What are my chances of being paid?

Dear Sir / Madam,
You should straightaway ask your client to pay up and settle your pending Invoice within 3 (three) days, and inform her that should she fail you will lodge a complaint of "cheating" against her in the local Police station.
Regards,
